With an educational background and professional experience in Strategic Human Resources and Data Sciences, Phillip understands the balance of data driven people management & Organizational Development. This breadth of experience makes him a unique individual with a broad skill-set which includes all things HR, business intelligence & analytics and a champion of the employee experience.  Maximizing the employee experience will elevate your brand, product and customer experience.

Phillip has several years of Project Management experience in both corporate and government entities, and is currently the Senior Project Coordinator over a multi-project, multimillion-dollar, statewide initiative at Utah State University. He also regularly attends national conferences to stay up-to-date on the latest Human Resources Management strategies, and recently completed the Prosci Change Management Certification!
